Question: How much is shipping in the United States?
Answer: We offer flat rate shipping to the continental United States. No matter how much
you order there is a $16.00 flat rate shipping charge per order processed. Look at it kinda like
a multiple item discount. This will include insurance, and will be added during your checkout.
Question: How much is shipping outside the United States?
Answer: Out of country shipping is tedious and sometimes costly. Therefore if you would like
us to do it there is a $45.00 flat rate charge for shipping. This will include insurance, and will
be added during your checkout.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us within thirty days, and
we will gladly refund your purchase price. No shipping charges will be returned.
Question: When I check out I get sent to paypal. I don't have a paypal account, but still would
like to order. What do I do?
Answer: After you press the button to proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to enter your
paypal information. There is a link to the left of this box that says continue. Click that link, and
your order will be processed without a paypal account.
Question: I see links to contests, but no information. What up?
Answer: We are a fairly new company, and there really isn't enough "product" out there to run
a fair contest. So after we sell a few more boards we will start the contests. Any video
submitted will be entered untill the first contest deadline. Submit Yours
