This is the exact same board as The Flatty except the cylinder has a groove cut in it that rides on a spline in the board.  This would be an excellent board for the beginner because it takes out the twisting that makes The Flatty more challenging.  Also an excellent board for physical therapy as you do not have to concentrate on the action while perfoming another movement.

The cylinder is approximately 11.5" X 6.5" and the board is approximately 9" X 32".  The board is constructed with three stringers of oak with a quarter inch center stringer and four stringers of poblar.  The cylinder is crafted from pine.  It is all sealed up with poly, and non slip tape adorns the cylinder (not grip tape).

This board is still challenging and a heck of a lot of fun.
